Co-founder
Partner at a leading boutique investment bank in Costa Rica, David advises on M&A, capital structuring, and strategic mandates. A former Big Four international consultant, he has been involved in transactions approaching USD 900M in combined value. He brings board-level governance experience and a passion for adventure sports and functional training.
Gianluca Boncompagni
Co-founder
After leaving a journalism career in 2017, Gianluca bootstrapped his first business from Chiang Mai, Thailand, scaling it into a manufacturer and distributor across 4 countries with over $10M in revenue. That hands-on experience in marketing, supply chain, and distribution now drives Grupo Krä’s sourcing, logistics, and communications.

Co-founder
Former Marketing Manager at Nike, with a deep passion for wellness, health, and well-being. Andre oversees the marketing side of Grupo Krä, bringing world-class brand experience to every product and partner we represent.
